1. Shipping & Delivery
- Processing Time: All orders for in-stock items (Turkish & Iranian Carpets, Fragrances, and Care products) are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Delivery Locations: We currently provide seamless delivery across all Emirates in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). For international shipping inquiries, please contact our support team.
- Delivery Timeline: * Dubai, Sharjah, & Ajman: 24 – 48 hours.
- Other Emirates: 2 – 3 business days.
- Custom Orders: Delivery times for Custom Made carpets will be discussed and agreed upon during the consultation phase, as these require specialized weaving and preparation.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size of the carpet and the delivery location.
2. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you find that your selection does not perfectly fit your space, we offer the following:
- Return Window: Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their order.
- Condition for Returns: To be eligible for a return, the carpet must be in its original, unused condition and in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear, stains, or damage.
- Exclusions: * Custom-Made Carpets are non-returnable as they are crafted to your specific dimensions.
- Carpet Fragrances & Cleaners cannot be returned once the seal is broken for hygiene and safety reasons.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please notify the delivery team immediately or contact us within 24 hours. We will arrange for a swift replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days
